Why should I open a FableStreet account? I am tired of opening new accounts and need a better way out!

First of all, having a FableStreet account is not mandatory to shop for your dream garment. However, having a FableStreet account not only entitles you to special offers, but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order, track your reward points and makes checkout quicker and easier, as your details are already saved in your account. It also enables you to save your vital stats which helps us achieve your dream fit, during manufacturing of tailored garments.

How can I open a FableStreet account? Please god – make the process easy!!

To create a FableStreet account, click on Login icon that appears on the top right corner of your screen. You can create your account using Facebook or Email ID. If you create your account using Facebook, please use your Facebook password (These passwords are not stored by us). If you choose to Login using your Email ID, you can create and set your own password.

I think I may have forgotten my password. What do I do now?

With so many passwords to keep a track of, this is bound to happen once in a while :-) Not an issue! You can reset your password by providing your email id here.

I think I may have even forgotten which email address I used! How silly :-(

Order FAQs

I am tired of creating accounts. Do I need to register or create an account here as well, before making a purchase?

No, Login is not mandatory to make a purchase. However, if you create an account with us, your future check-outs will be easier and we will also keep you updated on the offers customized specially for you.

I love keeping multiple pieces of my favorite garments. Will I be able to order more than one of the same item at one go?

Yes, you can order more than one piece of the same item provided we have enough inventory available for the same. For this, go to the Shopping Cart page, change the “Quantity” in your shopping cart to your desired quantity and click on “Update Quantity”.

Why if the items in my shopping cart are no longer available?

Items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or you’ve checked out. Make sure you are logged in to your FableStreet Account. If you are not logged in, do so by clicking on the Login icon and your cart should have the items you had selected. In case the selected items are no longer available, you will see a message next to the stocked out item in your Shopping Cart. You need to remove the same (using the small cross next to the item) before Checking Out to purchase the available items.

Does ‘Out of Stock’ mean I will be able to buy it again later?

‘Out of Stock’ items are those gems where demand exceeded supply and we couldn’t keep pace :-(. The good news is, these items are expected to be replenished within a few weeks. Please click on the specific ‘Out of Stock’ gem that you are interested in and enter your email id to be the first to know as soon as it is back.

How does referral work?

As soon as you Register with FableStreet, you will be assigned a unique referral code. If you like your products, you can share this code with your network of friends and colleagues – on mail, on social media etc. Anyone (who is currently not a member) buying the product using this referral code will get INR 150 off on his first purchase. Once this purchase has been completed, your account will be credited with 150 points (worth INR 150) of referral credits. You can use these credits any time over next 3 months against purchases made on www.fablestreet.com.

There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?

First of all, we are really sorry for the trouble. Please call us on +91-11-39589500 or mail us at care@fablestreet.com with your error message, and we will resolve the issue ASAP. We’re available all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Is shopping at FableStreet.com secure?

Yes, shopping at FableStreet is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (PayU and Paytm) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.

Are there any additional charges (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on FableStreet. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

How can I pay for my order?

We only accept pre-paid online payments. Once you have added products to your cart, you can proceed to checkout by clicking the Checkout button which appears in Cart dropdown on top right corner of the screen. Now, you can review your Order and enter the details for delivery. Then, you can make payment using Netbanking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Wallet through our designated payment gateway.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No, currently we do not offer cash on delivery option.

Can I pay in EMIs?

No, we do not offer EMI option.

Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your FableStreet account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may log into your FableStreet Account, choose 'Past Orders’ to view all of your orders. If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. In this case, please contact our customer care at +91-11-39589500 or mail us at care@fablestreet.com

How can I see my previous order?

If you have a FableStreet account, you can Login in and go to ‘Past Orders’ to check your previous order. Your previous orders are available here after you have logged in. In case you do not have an account, please mail us your Order ID and email id at care@fablestreet.com using which you had placed an order, and we will check and pass you your previous order info.

Why did I not get credits on order placed by my friends using my referral code?

Don’t worry, it will happen very soon. Credits are only given on successful placement of the order. In case you don’t get your credit within 24 hours of placement of order, please drop us an email on care@fablestreet.com and we will help you out with it. Please note that credits are only given for first orders by each of your contacts, so please ensure that this is not a repeat order.
