How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at email@example.com.
What are the delivery charges for my order?
FableStreet understands the value of your hard-earned money. Hence, shipping is free for all orders above INR 1000, shipped within India. For international shipping, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to make it happen at minimal cost.
When will you ship my order?
We process and ship your order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment. All our products are made to order and it typically this takes 10-12 working days.
How long does it take to deliver my order? (How long will you make me wait before delivering my order?)
All orders usually take a delivery time of 10-12 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) for major cities and 12-14 days for remote locations, from the purchase date.
What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?
We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at email@example.com and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per piece would be levied for the same.
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
I love products made in India, but am currently outside. Do you ship products outside India?
We ship outside India on exception basis (Primarily to US, Europe and Australia). We charge shipping charges basis actuals. If you wish to place an order, please mail us your contact details along with your address to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to ship outside of India.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can Log into your FableStreet account and choose “Past Orders” to view your details. You can also contact customer care at email@example.com or call +91-11-39589500. We’re available all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
If you do not have a FableStreet account, then please follow the Track Shipping link in your confirmation email or mail us your order no and email id using which you had placed an order, and we will check and give you your order status.
Exchange / Returns Policy
What products are eligible for exchange / returns?
We offer a “no questions asked” return/exchange policy for Apparel. For accessories (e.g., Belts), we do not offer refunds unless of any damage. This policy is applicable as follows:
- For products purchased at discounted prices (during sale, using promo-code etc.), we only offer an option to exchange standard sizes and alter tailored fits.
- For products purchased at full prices, we offer both returns and exchanges for standard sizes and only alterations for tailored fits.
- For accessories, eg., belts. We exchange for size issues. Our pieces are quality checked and adhere to strict quality standards. In event of any damage, we will make exceptions to policy if needed.
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:
- All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- To ensure your FableStreet garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection
- All alteration/exhange/return requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email id to trigger the request.
- It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post your request has been triggered.
How soon do I have to make a exchange / return request?
All exchange / return requests must be placed within 7 days of receipt of items. Reverse pick-up of these items should be made within 5 days of placing the exchange request. If you do not provide a time for the reverse pick-up, within 5 days of placing the request, the return/exchange will be cancelled.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
In case you have received a damaged or a defective piece, please initiate a request for exchange / return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the damage / defect to email@example.com and we will help you out.
The product delivered is incorrect. What should I do?
This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please initiate a request for exchange / return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
How does the return/exchange process work?
- Once we receive your request on email from you, we'll give you a call and confirm the same.
- Next, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will get in touch with you and request a convenient time and date for the pick-up. Please note, the pick-up should be made within 5 days of receipt of product. Any later pick-ups will not be considered for return/exchange.
- Our courier person will arrive at your place to pick-up the product for exchange.
- Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and also having the original tags / packaging in place. Post that, we will send out the product requested by you for return / exchange. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- For exchange cases, we will call you back once the quality check is complete. We will agree on the item to be sent in exchange and update your account. Please note - the entire process in case of exchange, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on the date of reverse pick up of the product.

In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.). So don’t worry and shop freely :-)
