However, having a FableStreet account not only entitles you to special offers, but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order, track your reward points and makes checkout quicker and easier, as your details are already saved in your account. It also enables you to save your vital stats which helps us achieve your dream fit, during manufacturing of tailored garments.

To create a FableStreet account, click on Login icon that appears on the top right corner of your screen. You can create your account using Facebook or Email ID. If you create your account using Facebook, please use your Facebook password (These passwords are not stored by us). If you choose to Login using your Email ID, you can create and set your own password.

No, Login is not mandatory to make a purchase. However, if you create an account with us, your future check-outs will be easier and we will also keep you updated on the offers customized specially for you.

Yes, you can order more than one piece of the same item provided we have enough inventory available for the same. For this, go to the Shopping Cart page, change the “Quantity” in your shopping cart to your desired quantity and click on “Update Quantity”.

Items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or you’ve checked out. Make sure you are logged in to your FableStreet Account. If you are not logged in, do so by clicking on the Login icon and your cart should have the items you had selected. In case the selected items are no longer available, you will see a message next to the stocked out item in your Shopping Cart. You need to remove the same (using the small cross next to the item) before Checking Out to purchase the available items.

‘Out of Stock’ items are those gems where demand exceeded supply and we couldn’t keep pace :-(. The good news is, these items are expected to be replenished within a few weeks. Yes, we charge INR 50 for each Cash on Delivery (COD) order as handling charges and this amount is not refundable in case of return/exchange.

Cash On Delivery option is available only on orders upto INR 7500. Orders above INR 7500 should be placed through prepaid methods.

Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India. That too, at locations covered by our logistics partners. We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option.

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1000, shipped within India. A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 95 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000. For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable). For international shipping, we charge INR 1500 for orders under INR 20000. We process and ship your order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment. All our products are made to order and it typically takes 4-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in New Delhi, India. Jewellery orders are shipped immediately

All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date. For international orders, please expect delivery in 12-20 working days.

We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per piece would be levied for the same.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

We ship outside India (Primarily to US, Singapore, Dubai and Australia). You can expect your orders to be delivered at almost all locations in the world. For international orders:

1) We charge INR 1500 (most common countries) for orders of or below INR 20000. For orders above INR 20000, we provide free shipping to select most common countries.

2) While placing the order, we recommend using our currency convertor on top right of website to transact in a currency of your choice. However, your card will charged in INR.

3) In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For US, Australia the orders usually do not have import duties. Products sold at a discounted price during SALE / Promotions are eligible for returns only against store credits. Products purchased during SALE / Promitions as tailored size or with customization option of adding sleeves or increasing length will not be eligible for return or exchange. Only alteration will be provided on a case to case basis. Exchange and free alterations are applicable for them as well. Tailored products are also eligible for discounts and free alterations during SALE period. Please note, custom sizes, add length, add sleeves, any modifications on products are treated as Tailored products. Tailored products are not applicable of returns or refunds.  Please email for any clarifications. 

We offer a “no questions asked” return/exchange policy for Apparel. For accessories (e.g., Jewellery, Belts), we do not offer refunds. If a damaged piece is received, we will replace the piece for you. This policy is applicable as follows:

  • For products purchased at discounted prices (during sale, using promo-code etc.), we only offer an option to exchange standard sizes and alter tailored fits.
  • For products purchased at full prices, we offer both returns and exchanges for standard sizes and only alterations for tailored fits. 
  • For customized orders, e.g., Add sleeves or length adjustment to standard sizes etc., orders are treated as Tailored orders and only free alterations are available. Returns and exchange is not available. 
  • For accessories, eg., jewellery, belts, Jewellery and Belts are non-returnable. We only exchange the product if product delivered is damaged or defective. We exchange for size issues for belts. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Our pieces are quality checked and adhere to strict quality standards. 
  • For COD orders, we offer return/exchange but the amount is refunded as FableStreet store credit which you can use for your future orders. Also, COD handling charges (INR 50) charged at the time of placing the order are not refundable.
  • Alterations post the alteration window of 7 days from date of delivery will be accepted on a case to case basis and will be chargeable at an extra cost depending on the scope of alteration. Please note, we are not liable for alterations due to fluctuations in weight, wear and tear of garments owing to regular usage.

Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.


  • We do not provide reverse pick up facility in case of international shipments. All back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer.
  • All applicable brokerage or customs charges on international shipments will be paid by the customer.
  • All other applicable conditions and terms of our return and refunds above apply to international returns. 

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:

  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
  • All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
  • Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability incase incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece
  • To ensure your FableStreet garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection
  • All alteration/exchange/return requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at from your registered email id to trigger the request.
  • It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post your request has been triggered. 
  • Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for triggering pickup again
  • In the case of COD orders, handling charges (INR 50) will not be refunded.

All exchange/return requests must be placed within 7 days of receipt of items. Reverse pick-up of these items should be made within 5 days of placing the exchange request. If you do not provide a time for the reverse pick-up, within 5 days of placing the request, the return/exchange will be cancelled. Please note an exchange request will be entertained only twice against the original order.

In case you have received a damaged or a defective piece, please initiate a request for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the damage/defect to and we will help you out.

This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please initiate a request for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the product to and we will help you out.

  1. Once we receive your request on email from you, we'll give you a call and confirm the same.
  2. Next, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will get in touch with you and request a convenient time and date for the pick-up. Please note, the pick-up should be made within 5 days of receipt of product. Any later pick-ups will not be considered for return/exchange.
  3. Our courier person will arrive at your place to pick-up the product for exchange. Please note that the field executive for delivery and pick-ups are different.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and also have the original tags/packaging in place. Post that, we will send out the product requested by you for return/exchange. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Please note an exchange request will be entertained only twice against the original order.
  5. For exchange cases, we will call you back once the quality check is complete. We will agree on the item to be sent in exchange and update your account. Please note - the entire process in case of an exchange, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on the date of reverse pick up of the product.
